It is official. Sex is in! First it was rape, then sexual harrasment, and now another one. Has Malaysian political scene been reduced to such mediocre standard? Shouldn't we focus on what should be done to this great country, and what not? What happen to good governance and principled politics?

SUBANG JAYA: Ummi Hafilda Ali, who was a key witness in Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim’s sodomy and abuse of power trials in 1999, today challenged Anwar, PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, PKR deputy president Azmin Ali and his wife Shamsidar Taharin, and former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad to take an oath over the Quran (sumpah laknat).
This is to reveal the truth about Anwar’s sexual relationship with Shamsidar, which she claimed was was condoned by Azmin.
She also challenged Anwar to sue her if the allegations are false.
Ummi was speaking at a press conference here to announce that she would be filing a RM700 million suit against Anwar, Azizah, DAP chairman Karpal Singh and PAS.
She said she was seeking legal action because she wants justice and that she suffered a loss of RM10 million in business opportunities, which had not been compensated.
